Comfort Shell is a small porcelain shell inspired by traditional worry stones, designed to fit naturally in the palm of your hand and bring a quiet moment of calm through touch.

Each piece begins with a real shell collected on Barnageera Beach on the Irish coast. Using porcelain, I hand-recreate these tiny forms in small batches from my studio in Ireland.

The outside is left raw and textured, while the inside is glazed smooth, creating a gentle sensory contrast between rough and soft, matte and gloss. Designed to be held, rubbed with your thumb, carried in a pocket, or kept close during overwhelming moments, each shell becomes a small grounding object shaped by touch and habit over time.
