This terracotta pedestal bowl was inspired by the quiet beauty of the Irish sea in winter, that deep, glassy turquoise when the light hits just right. The bowl is glazed in rich, satiny turquoise, while the natural terracotta foot remains unglazed, grounding the piece in warmth and earthiness.
A sculptural statement with a calm, coastal feel, it’s perfect as a centrepiece or simply to bring a touch of sea-coloured serenity to your space. This piece marks the beginning of my new bowls collection – a first glimpse of what’s to come.
