By subscribing to ‘Back to Stock’ notifications, you’ll automatically join our newsletter for exclusive updates, promotions, and more. Rest assured, every newsletter includes an unsubscribe button, giving you full control over your subscription preferences.

Back-Order

Please note that products ordered on back-order may take between 1-2 weeks to be posted for delivery. I will notify you via email regarding the postage details and estimated delivery time once your order is processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

National Delivery

I have a special shipping offer for customers in Ireland (ROI & NI). You can enjoy a flat rate of 6.50€ for postage through An Post, which includes tracking. If you happen to be in close proximity, you also have the option of arranging a local pick-up at my Kitchen Studio in Argillan Castle. Additionally, for orders exceeding €100 (ROI & NI), delivery is on the house.

Please note that when it comes to earrings, they can be shipped worldwide, but the postage rate will be determined at the checkout stage.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, ensuring a swift delivery.

In terms of custom orders, please keep in mind that they require a minimum of 3 weeks to be completed, excluding delivery time. We can discuss the specifics of your project during our conversation.

International Delivery

International shipping is available, and I’m delighted to assist you with it. However, please note that my e-commerce platform does not have the functionality to automatically calculate shipping costs for orders based on weight and size when shipping internationally. Since each of my products is unique and doesn’t fit into standard shipping categories, a flat-rate shipping option is not applicable.
To proceed with your purchase please follow the steps below:

  1. During the checkout process, enter the address where you would like the item to be shipped.
  2. Select “Local Pickup” as the shipping option.
  3. In the NOTE section, make a note indicating that the order requires international shipping.
  4. I will email you a separate invoice for the shipping fee.

I’m using AnPost for all shipping. If you wish, you can calculate your estimated shipping here.

Packaging

I prioritize environmental sustainability and strive to minimize waste in my packaging practices. To ensure the safe transit of items, most of them are double-boxed. While my outer packaging may not have an Instagram-worthy appearance, please understand that I make an effort to reuse old parcel boxes, bubble wrap, and newspapers, reducing the need for new resources. For the inner packaging, I opt for simple brown craft boxes, plain tissue paper, and wood/paper shavings.

If you would like your item to be packed as a gift, ready for presentation, I can accommodate that at an additional cost – HERE. Please feel free to reach out to me for more information on this service.

Payments

You have the convenience of choosing between two secure and user-friendly online payment methods: PayPal and Stripe. Both options provide a high level of security and make the payment process a seamless experience.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of purchase

For items to be eligible for a return, they must be in their original packaging, without any indications of use, and in the same condition as when you received them. Additionally, please ensure that you include proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for safely returning the items to my studio and covering the costs associated with the return delivery.

Please note that in certain circumstances items cannot be returned:

  • products returned in over 14 days from the date of delivery
  • products not in original condition and packaging
  • products with signs of use
  • products damaged (not in transit)
  • sale items
  • custom/bespoke orders

Destruction in Transit

In the event that the items are damaged during transit, kindly take photographs of the damage and send them to me via email. This will enable me to report the issue to the courier service. Depending on the availability of a replacement item, you will either receive a replacement at no additional cost or be eligible for a refund. 

A refund will only be given for custom orders if there are signs of damage, and the 14-day policy still applies.
