Terms & Conditions


I am offering postage only to Ireland (ROI & NI), at a flat rate of 6.50€ by An Post, with tracking. If you live close by, a local pick-up can be arranged at my Kitchen Studio in Ardgilan Castle. Free delivery for orders over €100 (ROI & NI).

Exception – Earrings can be posted worldwide, the postage rate will be calculated at the checkout.

I aim to send all orders within 3 working days.

Custom orders take a minimum of 3 weeks plus delivery time. I will discuss that during our conversation about your project.

In the next few weeks I will expand my delivery services to include Worldwide postage, but if you can’t wait please contact me for a postage query.


I am trying my best to be as Earth-friendly as I can. Most items are double boxed for safe transit. My outside packaging may not look instagrammable, but please bear in mind that I am reusing old parcel boxes and bubble wrap/newspapers to minimise the need for using new resources. For the inside, I am using simple, brown craft boxes and plain tissue paper, wood/paper shavings. If you wish to have your item packed as a gift ready for presentation, please add a gift packing service to your basket for a small fee.


Payments can be made using Paypal and Stripe. These are very secure and easy online payment methods.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of purchase

Items eligible for a return have to be in the original packaging, with no signs of usage, in the same condition you received it and accompanied by proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for a safe return back to my studio and for return delivery costs.

Please note that in certain circumstances items cannot be returned:

  • products returned in over 14 days from the date of delivery
  • products not in original condition and packaging
  • products with signs of use
  • products damaged (not in transit)
  • sale items
  • custom/bespoke orders

Destruction in Transit

If the items are destroyed in transit, please photograph the damage and email it to me so I can report the issue to the couriers. You will have your item replaced at no extra cost. A refund will only be given for custom orders if there are signs of damage, and the 14-day policy still applies.
